ANCR: Pro-active method, to be more professionnal

Since June 1st, 1997, the decree N ° 96-1112 regulates the activity of amicable debt collection for others. For the first time, a rule imposes specific conditions of exercise on intermediaries’ activity between creditors and debtors, by conferring on the agent of amicable debt collection of the official means of action in a procedure where their roles often became confused with those of the lawyers and bailiffs.

At the origin of this legislative normalization on the profession of agent of covering and commercial information, there is an action supported by different propositions of an association created in 1980 transformed into trade association from 1992: the ANCR.

Justice, morality and competence

Before transforming its legal statute into trade association, the ANCR was an association law 1901 and kept initials and state of mind.
Of the syndicate, the ANCR obtained the means of action.

To offer to the agents of debt collection a frame of sure and long-lasting work and to bring to the debtors and the creditors of the means of amicable appeal.

Goals of ANCR to become more Professional

Support the profession of agent of amicable debt collection, by communicating on its mission and by condemning certain opportunists who refer to the profession by taking advantage of a gap in the law. It is necessary to guard in the spirit that all the creditors are not usurers, that the debtors are not all swindlers and that the amicable agents of debt collection are not hunters of premiums or fishermen of debts.
